FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: ring made from organic glass oriented axially of ring is placed into annular space so that it fits snugly to annular wall defining annular space. It is achieved by heating connecting device upon preliminary assembling stage is completed. Heating is effectuated in such a way that organic glass has temperature exceeding glass-transition temperature by 30-40 C. When organic glass changes from solid state to high-elasticity state, it exhibits memory property and, while thickening, fills spaces between members to be joined. Upon cooling organic glass acquires strength properties, providing the members connected to be as strong as connecting device. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved strength of joint and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 7 dwg
