SUBSTANCE: method involves providing filling members made from bars with length-to-width ratio of 15:25; arranging bars to form three-ray star-shaped members; turning star-shaped members in a plane till these members in conjunction with adjacent members define cellular structure; retaining above-mentioned members by thermoplastic material so that these members are interconnected one with the other or connected to fittings, which may be made from thermoplastic material. Fittings are adapted for connecting members of different rows of members by passage through centers of three-ray star-shaped members.
