FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises formation of a foundation, assembly of a metal frame of a building with vertical racks and horizontal beams, vertical installation of facade panels, formation of a floor deck, construction of subsequent floors and a roof. When forming the foundation, fasteners for the installation of vertical racks are arranged on it. The installation of vertical racks is carried out simultaneously with the installation of facade panels. Embedded columns built inside the facade panels and equipped with fixing flanges are used as the vertical racks. A prefabricated building of panels with decorative external finishing comprises a foundation, a metal frame made of horizontal and vertical elements with facade panels and floor decks, a roof. Vertical elements of the frame are made in the form of embedded columns which are built inside the facade panels. The foundation is provided with fixing elements for the installation of embedded columns. The embedded columns are provided with lower and upper fixing flanges.

EFFECT: simplifying erection of prefabricated frame building while increasing its strength characteristics with prefabricated walls, which do not require additional finishing and repair of internal and external surfaces, the possibility of installing the building irrespective of weather conditions, increasing its reliability, strength and seismic stability.
