FIELD: air cooling. SUBSTANCE: heat-exchange plates with moisture-proof and capillary-porous coatings are installed in the apparatus casing, they form alternating cross-flow ducts. These coatings are located on each side of the plate in such a manner that under the moisture-proof coating of one side of the plate located is the capillary-porous coating of the other side of the plate, their areas being the same. These coatings are interconnected obliquely. The heat-exchange apparatus is also provided with additional outlet branch pipes of the main and auxiliary air flows. The additional outlet branch pipe of the auxiliary flow is located on the side of the outlet branch pipe of the main flow, and the additional outlet branch pipe of the main flow is located on the side of the outlet branch pipe of the auxiliary flow. Besides, the heat-exchange apparatus may be provided with adjustable baffles positioned between the main and additional outlet branch pipes of the main and auxiliary air flows.
