SUBSTANCE: complex includes 16-part target 1, calculator 2 of close grouping of shots, of degree of closeness and uniformity of shot hitting unit 3 of determination of time intervals, unit 4 of determination of velocity and first information display 5 connected in series. Calculator 2 of close grouping of shots is manufactured in the form of optically coupled objective 6, image analyzer 7, unit 8 of linear photodetectors, analog-to-digital converter and second information display 10. Objective 6 is optically mated to 16-part target 1. Unit 3 of determination of time intervals is made in the form of first 12 and second 13 registration planes formed by radiators 14 and photodetectors 15 optically coupled to them and located on opposite sides of square frames which are connected to registration unit through OR elements 16, 17 and 19, 20, AND gate 18, 21, counter 22 and decoder 23.
