SUBSTANCE: device has power circuit filter built around capacitor 17, supply voltage changing unit built up of pulse generator 9 and transformer 10, input voltage changers 1-8 provided with limiting resistor 18, optical isolator 19, and cut-off resistor 20, limiting resistor 16, load resistor 15, cut-off resistor 14, optocoupler 13, control signal distributor 12, rectifier 11; each input changer is provided, in addition, with flip-flop 21. Output flip-flops 21 enable intercycle entry of signals and their discrimination by level. EFFECT: provision for dispensing with static conversion of input signals and transfer to sequential cyclic polling of input signals to be able to use common electrically isolated power supply. 1 dwg
