SUBSTANCE: device has control unit 1 including generator 2, transformer 3, AND gate 4, switch 5, photon-coupled pair 7, peripheral units 9 each of which comprises storage capacitor 10, limiting diode 11, switch 15, analogue-to-digital converter 13, selectors 20,24,28. The device is characterized in that current limiter 12, storage capacitor 16, limiting resistor 17, limiting diode 18, pulse shaper 19, flip-flop 21, address code setting element 29 with corresponding connections are introduced into peripheral unit. The device provides operability of equipment in the case of short-circuiting in a power supply line of one or several peripheral units. The change in connections of counters permits inhibiting peripheral unit answer if as a result of distortion of address code by noise the number of address code pulses received by peripheral unit is changed.
