FIELD: separation of liquid mediums from dirt. SUBSTANCE: device has a stator in the form of a conical cylinder with tangential inlet branch pipe and central outlet tube with drain branch pipe. There is a rotor in the cylindrical part of the stator supported in bearings for rotation. Ring magnets are axially mounted upward inside the rotor. Ends of each magnet carry discs whose hubs are punched to form alternating bulges and teeth. There are also cups made of magnet conducive material the central hole of which coincide with the hole of magnet. The rim bent toward the magnet is rigidly attached to the rotor. The rotor is placed inside a housing the upper end-wall of which is fixed to the central outlet tube to form a close magnetic circuit. The rotor can be driven by a wedge-belt transmission. Impurities are separated into collector via a branch pipe. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 dwg
