FIELD: working of elastomers. SUBSTANCE: device has a straightening gadget for cut sheets and additional disc-shaped cutters mounted on the second shaft and displaced relative to those mounted on the first shaft as much as half a pitch. Between the cutters of both shafts there are dividing rings. One of the shafts is spring-loaded against its counterpart. There is a cut-sheets separation unit made in the form of two rakes tangential to the supporting surface of the rings. Each tooth of the rake matches the slot between the neighboring cutters. The straightening gadget is shaped like a roller whose external surface is made in the form of screws, with their pitch increasing from the middle of the roller to its ends.
