FIELD: water transport. SUBSTANCE: method for transportation of petroleum products consists in transporting the petroleum products under water in tank by means of submersible craft. Prior to transportation of petroleum products, submersible craft is moored under water to dispensing station, after which tanks are filled with petroleum products; after underwater transportation of petroleum products, submersible craft is moored to receiving station located in the offing; then petroleum products are transferred to oil storage located ashore; transfer of petroleum products to oil storage located ashore is effected in succession through tanks of tankers arranged in chain and fastened to mooring anchor from receiving station to shore. Device for transportation of petroleum products has submarine tanker, dispensing and receiving stations; receiving station is located in water basin and is connected with shore oil storage by means of pipe line; submarine tanker is made in form of underwater towing complex which consists of submarines and tanks; connection of tanks with one another and with submarines is effected by means of adjustable couplers; tankers positioned in chain pattern between receiving station and shore are held by mooring anchors; receiving station, tankers and shore oil storage are interconnected in succession by means of above-mentioned pipe line. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 6 dwg
