Synthesis level of recombinant plasmid in cells of strain is 1.5-2 mg per 1 l nutrient medium. DNA-probe prepared on the basis of plasmid DNA pZAT1 is hybridized only with toxigenic strains of anthrax pathogen that ensures to differentiate their from other bacteria including closely related bacilli and avirulent strains Bacillus anthracis no containing plasmid pXOI.
