SUBSTANCE: device comprises chamber with a rectangular base, fiber feed means disposed in a chamber roof, a fiber discharge means, two take-off members disposed along the opposite side walls of the chamber, and a means feeding fibers to take-off members. The means for feeding fibers to take-off members comprises several pairs of belt conveyors arranged along the width of the chamber. The length of one of said conveyors in one pair exceeds that of the corresponding belt conveyor in the other pair. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 4 dwg
