FIELD: pipeline emergency protection systems. SUBSTANCE: diaphragm is installed in the body between two clamping rings. The ring installed on the release line side is made as a cylindrical spring with internal splined slots and a tubular sleeve, on whose external surface a splined thread is made on one side which enters the splined slots of the cylindrical spring of the bayonet joint type, and an annular shoulder on the other end facing the release pressure side. A gap is formed between the valve body and sleeve external surface. In the body, in the area of the shoulder maximum diameter, two or more pairs of holes are made whose axes are directed tangentially to the shoulder surface, with their intersection in the gap. The shoulder is positioned at a distance of 1/16-th part from the sleeve end between the antinode zones and node of the 1-st overtone of sleeve longitudinal-and-flexual vibrations.
