FIELD: measuring devices. SUBSTANCE: device has sensitive element having flexible envelope 1, which is surrounded by radial corrugation 2 and serves as friction emitter. Housing 1 closes chamber of housing 3 tightly. Housing is filled with sound-conducting liquid medium 4 through filling sleeve 5. Oscillations receiver 6 is attached to housing 3 via support 7. Characteristics of corrugation 2 are provided in equation given in invention specification. When outer pressure exceeds inner one, corrugation 2 losses its stability and wrinkles are developed over bowl of envelope 1. This results in generation of acoustic oscillations, which are detected by receiver 6. Pressure for operation of sensor is adjusted by change of pressure in chamber of housing 3.
