FIELD: signaling technique. SUBSTANCE: unit uses as an "Alarm" signal, being transmitted, a pulse-width modulated signal for transmitting a message and a number of a user. When the unit operates in a reception-decoding mode, then the message, had been received, is being compared with a train of secrete codes and number of users, registered in ROM-memory, providing an enhanced noise immunity of the unit. The unit includes a timing circuit, a converter of parallel code to series code and vice versa, a comparator, a circuit for detecting coincidences, an address forming circuit, a ROM-memory, a circuit for forming a modulating signal, a matching.
