FIELD: automation and computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: two code converters 8 and 9 convert direct and inverse parallel codes to serial code. This serial code is transferred through galvanic decoupling optical pairs 2 and 7. Later on, direct and inverse codes are compared. This results in increased reliability. In addition device has possibility to restore its operations after fault caused by surge. Transient processes do not effect device operations for maximal conversion clock rate which depends on speed of optical pairs of galvanic decoupling.
