FIELD: railway transport d c power supply. SUBSTANCE: first winding 8 and second winding 9 of changer reactor 7 are connected into similar nonequilateral open zigzag circuit with equal number of turns. First winding 8 has shift of resultant mmf vector through angle ± π/12 and second winding 9, through angle ∓ π/12. With power transformer rectifying windings 2 and 3 connected in star and in delta, with phase voltage shift through angle ± π/6, windings 8 and 9 are connected to them through unlike-polarity terminals. With phase voltages of transformer windings 2 and 3 shifted through ± 5π/6, first three-phase winding 8 and second one 9 of reactor are connected to rectifying windings through like-polarity terminals. Third reactor winding 10 and capacitor bank 6 are connected into coupled or noncoupled electric circuit. Rectifier bridges 4 and 5 are connected either in series or in parallel.
