FIELD: digital information communication devices. SUBSTANCE: transmitted messages from input unit are sent to shift register. After each clock pulse messages from input unit are stored in shift register and are transmitted to communication channel. Bits with ones are sent to communication channel by high level during first half of channel interval and are sent by low (zero) level during second half of channel interval. Zero bits are sent by high level during first and third quarters of channel interval are sent by low (zero) level during second and fourth quarters of channel interval. In addition device provides increased speed of transmission due to partial removal of stop bits from message packets. EFFECT: zero level of constant constituent of device output signal and simplified detection of message transmission clock frequency in received output signal sent from device. 3 dwg
