SUBSTANCE: device receives code combination, analyze number of messages, if number of messages is less than given threshold, this sequence is appended up to given number using corresponding method and resulted sequence is output to user. Algorithm for appending received code combination depends on commutator state. This results in possibility to receive code combinations which are subjected or not to structural compression and are transmitted in start-stop modes.
