SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding, homogenizing pig skin in sodium chloride solution, centrifuging, exposing to thermal denaturation at 75-85 C during 10-20 min, centrifuging with 5000-15000 g during 10-30 min, treating with cooling at -20 C (or lower) with acetone in proportion of (1:6)-(1:8), drying at room temperature, solving in 0.005-0.015 M solution of tris-HCl+0.15 M NaCl with pH being equal to 6.0-8.0, applying chromatographic analysis on cefadex G-50 column, selecting a fraction with molecular weight from 1400 to 1500 D, eliminating salts and lyophilizing. Extracted with the proposed method, the substance inhibits human keratinocytes proliferation and promotes their differentiation. EFFECT: simplified and accelerated extraction process. 2 tbl
