SUBSTANCE: carrier has frame 1 with load platform body 2, two telescopic booms hinge-connected for turning in cross planes on front and rear parts of load platform body, respectively, outriggers 14 hinge-connected on frame for turning in vertical cross planes, hinge-connected with boom tilting hydraulic cylinders 13 and arranged symmetrically relative to axis of boom tilting. Slider 11 and additional slider 12 are installed for independent displacement by means of corresponding hydraulic cylinders along guides installed on fixed section of each boom symmetrically relative to its vertical axis and arranged in cross plane.
