FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for carrying and mechanized loading and unloading of cargoes, mainly large-weight containers and large size constructions. Proposed carrier has frame 1 with load platform 2, two telescopic booms hinge-secured on front and rear parts of load platform for turning in vertical plane. Each boom is furnished with hinge-mounted outriggers 13, 14 hinge-connected by tilting hydraulic cylinders 11, 12 with fixed section 4 of boom. Fixed section of each boom and outriggers are hinge-secured on support bracket 9. Outriggers are made for working contact with plane of carrier frame by support pads and for combined turning with each boom in vertical plane. Support bracket is fastened with displacement from longitudinal axis of load platform to extreme position without getting of outriggers beyond the limits of load platform.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities, reduced labor input.
