FIELD: clarification of muddy surface sources. SUBSTANCE: floating clarification device has an open-bottom housing with a thin-layer separation block of inclined members inside, clarified water collecting chamber communicating with the sucking branch pipe of pump station, and turbulence damper arranged in cells. The device is also provided with tank containing flocculant meter and punched tubes connected to it. There is also a flocculation screen for impurities in the form of a prism. The turbulence damper is located on the upper base of the prism; punched tubes are located on its lower base. EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability; simpler design. 2 dwg
