FIELD: production of industrial explosives. SUBSTANCE: method involves production of initial granules, coating their surfaces during pelletizing with the melt of polyethylene wax mixed with paraffin or polyethylene powder at 140-180 C in a relation of 3:1-5:1 wt.-% in the amount of 0.5-2.0 wt.-% at an encapsulating temperature of 70-80 C. Then encapsulating temperature is reduced to 45-50 C and the granules continue to be encapsulated until the total weight of the capsule reaches 3-6 wt-% and the encapsulated granules are cooled to 20-25 C. They are cooled by evaporating water dispersed on them in an amount required in accordance with the heat balance.
