FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium is prepared and sterilized. Then preliminary prepared seed is applied and fermentation by aeration and mixing is carried out. Seed and sterile nutrient medium before their fermentation and culture liquid during fermentation are affected by direct electromagnetic field. Magnetic induction of said field in the center of the stream is 35-80 MT. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method.
