FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: sowing material of mycelial fungi - producers of pectolytical and cellulolytical enzymes is activated with monochromatic wavelength color at λ = 530 nm at the light flow power 2.05-3.50 W/W/m 2. Sterile nutrient medium is prepared using the permeate from the stage of cultural fluid ultrafiltration taken at concentration as 20-28 U pectolytical activity per 1 g dry matter for medium preparation. Medium is used for cultivation of pectolytical enzyme producers or 4.7-7.1 U cellobiohydrolase activity per 1 g dry matter in the process of medium preparation for cellulolytical enzyme producers cultivation. Lipids (0.01-0.15 wt.-%) were added to the nutrient medium as froth breaker which were isolated from the mycelial fungus biomass. Producer is cultivated under aeration with sterile air following by isolation of pectolytical and cellulolytical enzymes from the cultural fluid. Biomass is extracted with polar or nonpolar solvents or their mixtures to prepare lipids. Solid residue is washed with water or inorganic substance solutions taken from the group of salts, acids, alkali, and chitin-containing complex.
