FIELD: radio measuring technique. SUBSTANCE: oscillograph has two switching devices 2,3, electron beam tube 4, two stroboscopic converters 9,10, voltmeter 12, synchronization unit 6. The oscillograph also includes the subtracting unit 14, through which an output of the deflection unit 1 is connected with a second input of the first stroboscopic converter 9; an output of an integrator is connected with a second input of the subtracting unit and with a third input of the first switching device. EFFECT: provision of fixed oscillogram of signal to be measured upon moving of a brightness mark on it, enhanced comfortability and simplification of measurement procedure. 1 cl, 1 dwg
