FIELD: radio instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has deviation unit, subtraction unit, cathode-ray tube, sweeping unit, first delay line, stroboscopic converter, and synchronization unit, which input is connected to synchronization line. Input of first delay line is connected to output of synchronization unit; output of first delay line is connected to input of sweeping unit; first and second inputs of cathode-ray tube are connected to outputs of sweeping unit and subtraction unit respectively. First and second inputs of subtraction unit are connected to outputs of stroboscopic converter and deviation unit respectively. Second input of stroboscopic converter is connected to output of deviation unit, which input is connected to line of measured signal. Novel features of device include second delay line, which input is connected to output of first delay line and which output is connected to first input of stroboscopic converter.
