FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: structure comprises a growing room casing provided with a light-heat-proof partition which divides the growing room into two separate sections for observation of the plant root and stalk zones. Each zone is provided with a device of its own for control of plant growth. The casing defining the root zone is light-heat-proof while that of the stalk zone may be either light-heat-proof or transparent. The plant stalk zone may have a transparent partition positioned directly above the plants. EFFECT: higher productivity of growing plants and wider field of industrial plant growing. 5 cl, 4 dwg
