FIELD: environment protection. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing a curtain consisting of sprayed neutralizing liquid to the leeward from an object under control. System for putting into effect the method has cut-off members of liquid spraying means, atmospheric pick-up for measuring wind speed and direction above the object under control and warning signal control unit. The pick-up is electrically connected with the corresponding cut-off members of the means spraying the neutralizing liquid.
