FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: cassette equipment has a frame with tray to which a rubber plate is hermetically connected. End edges 19 and 20 and molds 21 are located on the tray. Longitudinal beams with guides 14 and cross-bar 8 are located on the frame. Between the longitudinal beams cross-bar 11 is mounted (into which press-screw 12 is driven to cause movable end edge 20 travel move) and cassette molds 21. After placing cassettes molds 21 on the tray, these and edges 19 and 20 acquire the shape of the article to be molded. Between molds 21 pins are placed. Once molds 21 are fixed on the rubber plate of tray, edge 20 is moved by screw 12, with molds 21 traveling to their working position. Mixture of concrete and sand is fed into the space between molds 21 and article are molded by vibration. After finishing the process of molding and treatment by steam, screw 12 is loosened and compressed air is fed under the rubber plate to make 21 molds open like a fan. EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability. 7 dwg
