FIELD: production of constructional materials. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pusher in the form of drive lever and drop cross-piece with locking member. Pusher and cross-piece are mounted on frame. Cross piece is kinematically connected with crank drive. Die has feeding table embracing die upper part and cover fixed on drop cross-piece. Vertical stem of punch has thrust, which is in contact with one arm of drive lever. Length of lever is 5.8-8.2 times as much as distance between longitudinal axis of vertical stem and pivot joint axis, with pivot joint being adapted for connecting frame and lever. Composite connecting rod has parts spring-biased one with respect to the other and pivotally connected with crank and lever, respectively. Crank and connecting rod are provided with pressure plates fixed on them through brackets. Drop cross-piece and drive lever are provided with thrust rollers, which are in contact with associated cross-piece or drive lever.
