FIELD: transport. SUBSTANCE: lifting-and-transfer device for double-belt conveyor has fixed table and movable table coupled with fixed table by means of power cylinder and rod, movable table being installed for vertical travel; device has also motor-reduction gear with driving pulleys, driven pulleys and closed traction members passed over driving and driven pulleys and forming horizontal load-bearing surface. Movable table is made in form of different-arm lever. Motor- reduction gear and driving pulleys are arranged on one arm of different- arm lever, and driven pulleys, on other arm of lever. Free ends of different-arm lever are arranged for engagement with fixed table. Power cylinder can be mounted on fixed table and cylinder rod can be coupled with movable table or vice versa. Fixed table can be furnished with solids of revolution, and free ends of different-arm lever can be provided with guides arranged for engagement with solids of revolution.
