FIELD: means of mechanization of loading, transportation and unloading operations; applicable in coal and other industries. SUBSTANCE: hoisting-and-conveying device realizing the offered method of load transfer, mainly, in mine working includes body with supports interacting with monorail, supporting-and-turning platform, load-carrying boom with grip secured to the platform, bracing-and-movable device having power hydraulic cylinders whose one end 15 is connected with body, and caterpillar propulsive devices located on both sides of hoisting-and-conveying device. Each caterpillar propulsive device has drive, driving and tension sprockets embraced by closed traction member engageable with supporting surface in form of working support surface with formation between them of kinematic connection for moving over it of caterpillar motors. Driving and tension sprockets of the traction member of each caterpillar propulsive device are interconnected by beam with which other ends of hydraulic cylinders are connected to provide thrust of caterpillar propulsive device into supporting surface, i.e., into mine support surface. The offered method covers a complex of operations involved in transfer of loads, mainly, in mine working equipped with monorail structurally combined with hoisting-and-conveying device. The offered method consists in the following. After anchoring of hoisting-and-conveying device into mine working support surface and load delivery, for instance, in mine cars over the working to zone 29 of load handling, load-carrying boom of the hoisting-and-conveying device is oriented in the zone for its bringing to the load with subsequent changing over this load to the transportation position. In so doing, load is changed over to transportation position by manipulation of load-carrying boom in the working space depending on the availability of free place for it. Working support surface is used as supporting surface for moving over it of caterpillar propulsive devices which are installed on both sides of the hoisting-and-conveying device. After setting the device to the working position of loading the drives of caterpillar propulsive devices and drive of running rollers are engaged and hoisting-and-conveying device starts moving over monorail towards the point of unloading. In this case, the mentioned above motion is effected due to interaction of traction members with working support surface by rolling of traction members over the support surface in the longitudinal direction of working, and also due to interaction of running rollers with monorail surface. Further-on, as the device moves without stopping, the transportation position of load is, either, preserved or changed by manipulation of load-carrying boom over the entire section of working, both, within and beyond the supporting outline of this device for passing around some obstacles, for instance, process equipment for driving operations. Upon arrival of the device at the zone of unloading, it is stopped by disengaging the drives and load-carrying boom is manipulated with load in the preset point of its unloading. Then, drives are engaged to move back without load, or, if need be, with some other load to the zone handling operations with performance of the operations similar to those accomplished in the zone of unloading. In so doing, the hoisting-and-conveying device, both, during loading and its movement over monorail 4 is in anchored state and performs any manipulation with load for finding free space in mine working. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 5 dwg
