FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: waste is milled preliminary up to size 20-40 mm, subjected for electrochemical dissolving using filled layer of processing material in sulfuric acid at concentration 50-150 g/l, at overall anode current density 1400-2000 A/m2, at 40-60 C following by in solution containing, g/l: hydrochloric acid 60-100; calcium chloride 50-250; copper chloride 200-300, or in solution containing, g/l: hydrochloric acid 60-100; ammonium chloride 50-100, and copper chloride 130-200. Hydrochloric acid solutions were subjected for electrochemical regeneration at cathode current density 1500-2100 A/m2, at 20-40 C. EFFECT: improved method of waste processing. 4 cl
