FIELD: copper plating. SUBSTANCE: method involves cathode deposition of copper from solution containing copper at concentration 40 g/l (not above) at current cathode density 86-258 А/m2.. Process is carried out at sulfuric acid concentration in electrolyte 160-200 g/l at temperature 50-65 C. EFFECT: increased copper degree extraction, improved quality of cathode precipitate.
