FIELD: melioration engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a working tool with a star-shaped scarifier, which offshoots are provided with flat knives, launchers, envelope, face milling cutter, having the scarifier, made as a whole with a shaft. The shaft is hollow to have an additional shaft of the launched mechanism control unit instaled and fixed inside, the additional shaft is located in the face milling cutter and connected to them by means of tie-rods and crankshafts. The launchers are located between the face milling cutter and the knives. The face milling cutter and the control unit have a common drive which transmission ratio to the face milling cutter is one and a half times less than that to the launchers control unit. The neighboring launchers make an angle of α, where n is the number of launchers. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in cleaning canals from drift and plants. 2 dwg
