FIELD: land reclamation machinery. SUBSTANCE: this machine is intended for cleaning ditches from drift and vegetation and can be used for cutting new ditches. For accurate directional dumping of removed earth and higher productive capacity, working member of ditch cleaner has shaft-mounted loosener which is star-shaped. Rays of this star are formed by flat blades. Also provided are throwing unit, housing and drives of loosener and throwing unit with end-face milling cutter on which loosener is mounted. Loosener is made integral with shaft and drive. Shaft is hollow. Throwing unit drive is in the form of worm-gear reduction unit located in housing installed in hollow of additional shaft. Throwing units are installed in end-face milling cutter. Throwing unit control mechanism is in the form of screw pair. EFFECT: high efficiency. 3 dwg
