FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: reactor sector enclosure has wall with opening, where outer and inner fences are positioned in axially aligned spaced relation one with respect to the other. Axially aligned openings made in outer and inner fences are adapted for receiving stressed members and anchors. Free ends of flexible stressed members and tension devices of anchors are fixed on inner surface of inner fence. Space between fences is filled with material, whose elastic modulus is below that of inner fence material. EFFECT: increased strength and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 dwg
