FIELD: drilling pipes repair. SUBSTANCE: during lock joints disassembly drilling pipe is stationary fixed in gripping device. Lock is heated up to temperature of 400 -500 C and simultaneously pipe is cooled. As maximum difference of temperatures of both pieces is achieved ( about 250 C ) percussion mechanism is brought to lock and it is subjected to its action by pair of forces, applied in direction of lock unscrewing. Value of applied efforts is in limits of lock material elastic deformation. Efforts are applied in pulse mode with in series motion of their application place along lock perimeter. Each force of the pair is oriented under an angle of α to tangential, drawn to outer surface of lock in point of force application. EFFECT: method allows repeated use of drilling pipes and locks without new threading making. 1 dwg
