Deflector is located under the body and is spring-loaded in respect to the body and makes and forms with it a circulation canal. The body is made with transverse partition in its upper part and chambers in its side walls. Cambers are hydraulically connected with the body's cavity. Tangential canals are made in transverse partition and hydraulically connecting the body's cavity over partition with its cavity under the partition. EFFECT: increased reliability of isolation of big and small canals of stratum due to giving grouting mortar more mobility and shortening its time period of hardening. 1 dwg
