METHOD FOR FORMATION OF PROTECTIVE PILLAR Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: when forming protective pillar above diamond pipe, producing well is sunk in pipe vertical axis. Additional wells are made inclined and radial with respect to bottom of producing vertical well. Peripheral wells are made beyond the outline of formed protective pillar. Receiving chamber is formed from vertical well at roof contact. Reinforcement is used in form of wire rope whose loop is lowered through one inclined well to receiving chamber and lifted to the surface through diametrically opposite well with loop transfer and winding of wire rope on casing string of peripheral well used as anchor. Then, wire rope in receiving chamber is caught simultaneously from two wells adjacent with well provided with wire rope and equipped with hoist, and wire rope is fastened with anchors. Well equipment is completed in two wells adjacent to well into which wire rope is lowered. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 dwg
