FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: oven comprises a baking chamber with a load-unload opening, a conveyor with oven floors, heaters, and floor guides. The conveyor is installed in the chamber so that a straight line passing through the points where its upper side merges into the lower one and the latter merges into the upper one is parallel to the base of the baking chamber. The guides fit around the lower side of the conveyor so that the floors interacting with the guides in the conveyor zone take position parallel to the lower side of the conveyor while in the zone of the load-unload opening, parallel to the base of the baking chamber. The conveyor may be provided with plate-roller chains mounted on two shafts or with bars radially secured on a shaft. The conveyor may also be equipped with dissipating heat reflectors. The heaters are disposed at the rear wall of the baking chamber and under the lower side of the conveyor, parallel with said side or with the chamber base. EFFECT: improved design. 5 cl, 7 dwg
