FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a pressure chamber accommodating a blower made of a pair of meshing gears, a pre-matrix chamber installed in the end face of blower gears and a replaceable matrix with forming holes. The gears are hollow and have radial through cutouts in tooth spaces. Disposed in gear spaces are stationary inserts each having a longitudinal cone-shaped slot whose side portion communicates with the pressure chamber and the end portion, with the pre-matrix chamber. In the gear-meshing zone the bottom of the pressure chamber is inclined towards the pre-matrix chamber and the forming holes of the replaceable matrix. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
