APPARATUS FOR DIVIDING OF PLASTIC CONFECTIONERY MASSES Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC A23G3/12 

FIELD: confectionery industry, in particular, equipment for dividing of confectionery masses, more particular, soft candy masses.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has tempered casing with feeder, hollow gear-type force pump with hollow cylindrical inserts and radial through recesses within teeth slots of forcing out gears, and receiving chamber mounted in its end part and equipped with channels. Force pump is mounted in horizontal plane with vertical axes of rotation of gears. Interior of each cylindrical insert is made in the form of truncated cone. Each cylindrical insert has through window open into internal conical interior of insert and adapted for forcing out of work pieces. Multiple-blade cleaning knife is adjoining conical working surface of each insert, with number of cleaning blades corresponding to number of gear teeth. Blades are disposed at rear side of teeth. Cylindrical inserts are arranged so that their truncated conical surfaces are facing downward, toward feeding chamber.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in dividing into individual work pieces of wide range of plastic masses having various fractional composition of solid particles of functional receipt components of confectionery products.
