The tooth brush is also provided by the additional handle 5, the additional necking portion 6 and the additional head 7 with a groove and(or) the opening 8 for the bristle carrier. The bristle of the changeable bristle carrier is placed in the opening of the head 3. The head 3, the handle 1 and the necking portion 2 may be joined with the additional handle 5, with the additional necking portion 6 and with the additional head 7 by a connecting member or members.
