SUBSTANCE: tooth-brush has handle, neck portion, head mounted on bristle-carrier, bristles and regulator formed as pneumatic member with closed flexible member extending from it. Bristle-carrier is positioned on closed flexible member. Tooth-brush has perforated member positioned in head, with bristles being passed through perforations.
