FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing a patient to isometric load test in the first five days of his being observed when admitted in hospital. Electrocardiogram is taken in one minute interval before and in the course of being tested in all leads, total shift of ST segment is determined in all leads each minute of load time interval, the ratio of the difference of the overall maximum shift of the ST segment during and before the loading to the time this shift arises during the loading is calculated. Upon increasing this ratio as compared to the initial value, transformation of the instable angina pectoris to myocardial infarction is diagnosed. Disease stabilization is diagnosed, when the ratio decreases. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of early stage prediction of instable angina pectoris outcome.
