FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with esophageal electrocardiostimulation up to 160 frequency per a minute. If no changes are seen at electrocardiogram it is necessary to inject atropine and repeat esophageal electrocardiostimulation. Vasospastic stenocardia is predicted at the presence of depression or elevation of ST-segment at electrocardiogram above 1 mm. EFFECT: higher efficiency to reveal hidden vasospasm in patients with earlier signs of coronary atherosclerosis. 2 tbl
