The device also has mechanism of independent angular adjustment of the prosthesis device in two planes running in perpendicular to each other and to horizontal plane, pickup 46 measuring the angular position of the receiving prosthesis cartridge case, the second platform similar to that mentioned above and connected with the second base, human body position control unit controlling the posture in the horizontal plane orthopedic belt 47 with pickup 48 to measure pelvic miss alignment. The mechanism for performing linear adjustment of the prosthesis device has linear displacement pickups included into the prosthesis device structure. At least one of the platforms is mounted on the base to enable angular movements in horizontal plane about the vertical axis running through the calcanean tuber zone.
